This is a full length video of a contemporary movement style class instructed by Soph Cardinal.  In this video, viewers will see Soph lead an introduction, warmup, improvisation exercise, movement phrase, and cooldown/conclusion taught through a fusion of contemporary and urban style movement.

All dancers signed a release waiver prior to filming indicating their willingness to participate in this filmed project.
